Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
MUNESA ("MUNESA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information with care. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information when you visit or shop at munesa.vipshopbuy.com (the "Site"), create an account, or contact our customer care team. It also describes the rights and choices available to you under privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) in the United States. MUNESA offers quiet luxury womenswear across five categories: Tops, Bottoms, Skirts, Dresses, and Sets. We ship worldwide, all prices are in U.S. dollars (USD), and orders over $79 qualify for free standard shipping. Please read this Policy carefully so that you understand what we do with your information.
Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Information
MUNESA is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy and acts as the data controller for purposes of European data protection law. As controller, we decide why and how personal information is processed. We operate the storefront at munesa.vipshopbuy.com and coordinate the service providers that power our store. Our privacy team oversees this Policy and answers privacy questions at support@munesa.com.
Personal Information We Collect
"Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you or your household, and it does not include deidentified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We collect the categories described in the sections that follow, including contact information; order and transaction information; payment information; account information; customer service information; reviews and user-submitted content; device and usage information; marketing and preference information; and information from third parties.
Contact Information
We collect contact information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and telephone number when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, enter a promotion, or contact us. We use it to confirm and deliver your order, respond to your messages, and tell you about changes to your order or delivery.
Order and Transaction Information
When you place an order, we collect the details of that transaction, including the items you selected from our Tops, Bottoms, Skirts, Dresses, and Sets collections; the size, color, and quantity of each item; the price paid in USD; the order number and date; your delivery address; and your chosen delivery method. Our standard shipping timeframe is 7-15 business days, our return window is 30 days from delivery, and refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect a returned item.
Payment Information
When you pay for an order, your payment details, such as card number and security code, are entered on a payment page hosted by our payment service providers, and we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information such as the card type, the last four digits, and a payment reference. Payment providers act under their own legal obligations, including fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering rules, and may act as independent controllers whose own privacy notices apply.
Account Information
You can shop at MUNESA as a guest or create an account. If you create one, we collect your name, email address, password, and any preferences you save, such as sizes, wish-listed items, and marketing choices. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and can update your details at any time in your account.
Customer Service Information
When you contact our customer care team by email, through any chat or contact form on the Site, or through social media, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, order number, and a description of your question, together with the correspondence that follows and any notes we create to resolve your issue. We use it to answer questions and to process returns, exchanges, and refunds, and we keep records to demonstrate compliance with our obligations and to defend legal claims.
Reviews and User-Submitted Content
You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, sizing feedback, and other content to the Site. When you do, we collect the content you submit, the display name you choose, and information about your purchase that shows the review comes from a verified customer. Reviews may be displayed publicly on the Site, on product pages, and in our marketing, and by submitting content you grant us a license to use and display it in connection with our business.
Device and Usage Information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device and browser, including your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, unique identifiers, the pages you view, the time you spend on them, and your referring page. We derive approximate location from your IP address, generally at the city or region level, so that we can estimate shipping options and screen for fraud. We collect this information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Marketing and Preference Information
We collect information about your marketing preferences and shopping interests, such as whether you have subscribed to our newsletter, which emails you open and click, the collections or items you have viewed or added to a cart or wish list, and your preferred sizes and styles. You can change your marketing preferences at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting support@munesa.com.
Information From Third Parties
We receive information from third parties that support our store, including our hosting, payment, shipping, analytics, and marketing service providers; advertising and social media partners; fraud-prevention vendors; and carriers that deliver your orders. Advertising and social media partners may share limited information when you interact with our content, and analytics providers give us reports about traffic and conversions. We combine this information with the information we collect ourselves.
Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, submit a review, or contact support, and we collect device and usage information automatically from your device and browser as you navigate the Site. We also receive information from our service providers, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, and from third parties such as advertising partners, analytics providers, and fraud-prevention services.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to process and fulfill orders; take and manage payments; arrange shipping and delivery; provide customer support and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; protect our Site, our customers, and ourselves against fraud and security threats; send marketing communications and personalize advertising; and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. We do not use your personal information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without notice and, where required, consent.
Processing and Fulfilling Orders
We use your contact, order, transaction, and payment information to accept and process your order for items from our Tops, Bottoms, Skirts, Dresses, and Sets collections, to confirm your purchase, to charge you in U.S. dollars (USD), to dispatch your shipment, and to provide tracking. Orders over $79 qualify for free standard shipping, and deliveries are typically completed within 7-15 business days. We also use this information to manage returns within our 30-day return window, to issue refunds within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting a return, and to maintain the accounting records our legal obligations require.
Providing Customer Support
We use the information you provide when you contact us, such as your name, email address, order details, and the content of your message, to answer questions, resolve problems with an order, arrange returns or exchanges, investigate delivery issues, and address complaints. We keep records of support interactions for a reasonable period so that we can follow up, maintain continuity if you contact us again, train our team, and improve our service.
Operating and Improving Our Website
We use device, usage, and preference information to operate the Site reliably, monitor performance, diagnose and fix errors, keep it secure, and remember your settings, such as your preferred language and currency (USD). We analyze how visitors move through the Site, including which pages and collections they visit and where they leave, so that we can improve navigation, product presentation, and checkout. Much of this analysis uses aggregated or statistical information that does not directly identify you.
Security and Fraud Prevention
We use personal information, including contact, device, usage, and order information, to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, account misuse, and other harmful activity. We may also verify your identity when you exercise a privacy right and keep records of suspicious activity to protect our customers and to support law enforcement where necessary. These activities are carried out in the legitimate interests of MUNESA, our customers, and the public.
Marketing and Advertising
We use personal information to send you marketing communications about new arrivals, restocks, seasonal edits, and promotions, and to show you advertising for MUNESA products on other websites, apps, and social platforms. We use information about your activity on the Site to make those messages and advertisements more relevant, and we measure the effectiveness of our advertising and may use hashed identifiers to reach people with similar interests. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to support@munesa.com.
Legal and Regulatory Purposes
We use and disclose personal information to comply with laws, regulations, and lawful requests from public authorities; to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and product-safety obligations. Where disclosure is required by law, we limit it to what the request demands to the extent we can.
Legal Bases for Processing in Europe
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis under the GDPR and, as applicable, the UK GDPR. The legal bases we rely on are performance of a contract, consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. The sections that follow describe how each basis applies, and where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Performance of a Contract
We process personal information when it is necessary to enter into a contract with you or to perform one we have made. This covers taking your order, processing your payment in USD, arranging shipment and delivery within our standard 7-15 business days, handling returns within 30 days and refunds within 5-10 business days, and maintaining your account. If you do not provide the information we need, we may be unable to complete your order or deliver your purchases.
Consent
We rely on consent where the law requires it, for example before sending marketing emails, before placing non-essential cookies on your device, and before sharing your information with partners for certain advertising purposes. When we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, and it does not prevent processing that relies on another legal basis. You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in our emails, through the Cookie Preferences tool, or by contacting support@munesa.com.
Legitimate Interests
We process personal information for our legitimate interests and those of third parties, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. These interests include protecting the Site and our customers from fraud and security threats; keeping our systems secure; improving our products, services, and website; providing customer service; and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. Where we process your information for direct marketing under the soft opt-in rules for existing customers, you have the right to object at any time, free of charge.
Compliance With Legal Obligations
We process and retain personal information when necessary to comply with our legal obligations, including maintaining records for tax, accounting, and customs purposes; meeting consumer-protection, product-safety, and anti-fraud requirements; and responding to lawful requests from courts, regulators, and law enforcement. We keep information processed for these reasons only for the period the law requires or while a legal hold applies.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies, together referred to as cookies, to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and deliver advertising. Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third parties such as analytics and advertising providers (third-party cookies). We group them into four categories: strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising and targeting, each described below.
Strictly Necessary
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off through our Cookie Preferences tool. They support core features such as maintaining your shopping cart, processing checkout, keeping you signed in during a session, protecting the Site against fraud, and remembering your cookie choices. Because they are essential, blocking them through your browser settings may prevent parts of the Site, including the cart and checkout, from working correctly.
Functional
Functional cookies help the Site remember choices you make so that your experience is smoother. They may remember your language, region, and currency preferences, including USD; keep track of recently viewed items; and save sizing or style preferences. If you disable functional cookies, the Site will still work, but some convenience features may be unavailable and you may need to re-enter preferences on each visit.
Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site. They collect information such as the pages and product pages you visit, the time you spend on them, and the site or campaign that referred you. We use this information in aggregated and statistical form to measure site performance, identify popular collections and sizing trends, improve the shopping experience, and fix problems, using both first-party and third-party analytics cookies.
Advertising and Targeting
Advertising and targeting cookies are set by us and by our advertising and social media partners to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you, to measure campaign effectiveness, and to limit how often you see the same advertisement. These cookies may collect information about your activity across websites and devices over time, which is often called cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on your location, this activity may be treated as sharing or a sale of personal information, and you have the right to opt out.
Cookie Preferences
When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner lets you accept or manage the cookies we use, and you can change your choices at any time by opening the Cookie Preferences tool from our footer. In that tool you can review each category and turn analytics and advertising cookies on or off; strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the Site cannot operate without them. Changing your preferences affects cookies set from that point forward; cookies already stored can be removed through your browser settings.
Browser Privacy Controls
All major browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies. In Google Chrome, open the three-dot menu, choose Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies, where you can block third-party cookies or clear stored data through Delete browsing data. In Microsoft Edge, open the three-dot menu, choose Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.
In Apple Safari on macOS, open Safari, choose Settings, then Privacy, where you can enable Prevent cross-site tracking and manage stored data through Manage Website Data; on iPhone and iPad, open Settings, then Safari, then Advanced, then Website Data. In Mozilla Firefox, open the menu, choose Settings, then Privacy and Security, where Enhanced Tracking Protection and Manage Data let you control tracking and clear cookies and site data.
Private or incognito modes in all four browsers delete most cookies and browsing history when you close the window. Deleting or blocking cookies may sign you out of your account, empty your shopping cart, and reset preferences such as your selected currency.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites asking them not to track your browsing. Because there is still no common industry or legal standard for how a website should interpret DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still control cookies through our Cookie Preferences tool and your browser settings, and where required by law we honor Global Privacy Control signals as described below.
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting or extension that sends an opt-out preference signal to websites you visit. Where applicable law requires us to honor it, for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, we treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising for the browser and device you are using when the signal is sent. Because the signal is tied to a browser and device, you will need to set it on each browser and device you use; you can also opt out through our Cookie Preferences tool.
Analytics Services
We use third-party analytics services to measure traffic, understand how visitors navigate the Site, evaluate the performance of our pages and campaigns, and improve our products and services. These providers may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view, and they may use pseudonymous identifiers to distinguish visitors. We configure them to limit the information they receive where the tools allow. You can limit analytics cookies through our Cookie Preferences tool or your browser settings.
Google Services
We and our service providers may use Google services, such as Google Analytics to measure how the Site is used and Google advertising services to deliver and evaluate advertising. Google may set cookies and similar technologies on your device and may collect information about your activity on the Site and on other websites in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalization through your Google Ads settings and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Microsoft Services
We and our service providers may use Microsoft services, such as Microsoft Advertising and Microsoft Clarity, to deliver and measure advertising and to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Like other providers, Microsoft may set cookies and collect device, usage, and identifier information in line with its own privacy statement. You can review and adjust how Microsoft personalizes advertising through your Microsoft account privacy settings and the opt-out tools Microsoft provides.
Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter or agree to receive marketing from us, we use your name and email address to send you messages about new arrivals, restocks, and promotions. We send marketing email only where we have a lawful basis to do so, and every marketing message includes a link that lets you unsubscribe with one click. We use email service providers to deliver our messages and manage subscriptions, and you can update your preferences at any time or contact support@munesa.com for help.
Abandoned Shopping Carts
If you add items to your cart or begin checkout but do not complete your order, we may send you a reminder email about the items you left behind. We may use cookies and device or usage information to detect an unfinished checkout, and the contact information you provided or that is associated with your account to send the reminder. Cart reminders may highlight current availability and our free shipping threshold of $79. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link, and where required by law we send them only with your consent.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to the categories of recipients described in the sections that follow: service providers that perform functions on our behalf, payment providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, technology and business service providers, advertising and social media partners, legal and regulatory authorities, and parties involved in a business transfer. As explained in the Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising section, our use of third-party advertising cookies may be treated as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as a sale under some state laws, and you have the right to opt out.
Service Providers
We share personal information with companies that provide services on our behalf, including our hosting, payment, shipping, analytics, and marketing service providers, as well as providers of customer support tools, email delivery, fraud prevention, and security. These providers are contractually required to protect the information they receive, to use it only to provide services to us, and to comply with applicable law.
Payment Providers
We share information with payment providers to process payments in USD, screen transactions for fraud, handle chargebacks and disputes, and comply with financial regulations. This information includes your order details, billing name and address, and contact details. Payment providers may act as independent controllers for their own compliance, fraud-prevention, and security purposes, in which case their own privacy notices apply. We do not disclose your full card number to any party other than the payment provider that processes your transaction.
Shipping and Fulfillment Providers
We share your name, delivery address, telephone number, and order details with the warehouses, fulfillment centers, carriers, and customs brokers that pack and deliver your order anywhere in the world. These providers need this information to route your parcel, provide tracking, clear customs where applicable, and complete delivery within our standard 7-15 business day timeframe. Carriers handle your information under their own privacy notices for their independent operations, such as customs compliance.
Technology and Business Service Providers
We share information with technology and business service providers that help us run MUNESA, including hosting and cloud infrastructure, content delivery, information security, website analytics, email and communication tools, and professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their functions, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and are required to protect personal information to standards consistent with this Policy.
Advertising and Social Media Partners
We share information with advertising networks and social media platforms so that we can show you MUNESA advertisements on other platforms, measure campaign performance, and reach new audiences. This information may include device and usage data, approximate location, and hashed identifiers that our partners use to match audiences. This sharing may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or a sale under certain laws, and you can opt out through our Cookie Preferences tool, by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or by submitting a request to support@munesa.com.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, and other public authorities when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or legal process, to respond to lawful requests, to protect the safety of any person, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to enforce our rights and agreements. We review each request carefully, seek to limit disclosures to what is legally required, and object to overbroad or unlawful requests.
Business Transfers
If MUNESA is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such cases, we will require the recipient to honor this Policy with respect to the information transferred, or to provide you with notice of a new privacy policy before your information becomes subject to different practices. We will notify you of any material change as required by applicable law.
Sale Sharing and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, however, certain uses of third-party advertising and analytics cookies to deliver advertising based on your activity across different websites may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information, sometimes called cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
You have the right to opt out at any time by using our Cookie Preferences tool, by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or by emailing support@munesa.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights.
Categories of Personal Information Disclosed for Business Purposes
In the past 12 months, we disclosed the following categories of personal information for business purposes: identifiers, such as name, email address, postal address, and IP address; commercial information, such as order and purchase history; internet and network activity, such as browsing and interaction data on the Site; geolocation data; and inferences drawn from the above, such as product preferences and size interests.
The recipients were our service providers, including hosting, payment, shipping, analytics, and marketing providers; advertising and social media partners; fraud-prevention and security providers; professional advisers; and government authorities where legally required. We disclosed these categories for the business purposes described in this Policy and retain each category for the periods described in the Data Retention section.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing our services, maintaining your account, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Order and transaction records are generally retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law; account information is retained while your account remains open and for a reasonable period afterward; marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus a short period to honor your choice; and customer service records are kept for a limited time so that we can resolve follow-up questions and improve our service. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, network monitoring, and incident-response procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your information by using a strong, unique password for your MUNESA account, keeping it confidential, and contacting support@munesa.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
International Data Transfers
MUNESA serves customers around the world, and the service providers that support our store are located in multiple countries, including the United States. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside the country where you live, where privacy laws may differ.
Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, and supplementary technical and organizational measures where required. You may request more information about these safeguards by contacting support@munesa.com.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect and how we use it, the right to access a copy of your information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to delete information, the right to data portability, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, the right to withdraw consent, the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. These rights are not absolute, and exceptions apply. The sections that follow describe your rights in more detail, and the Exercising Your Rights section explains how to make a request.
European Privacy Rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access your personal information and receive a copy of it; to have inaccurate information corrected; to have information erased where the law provides; to restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing; to receive information you provided to us in a portable format; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact us at support@munesa.com or complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
United States Privacy Rights
Residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas, have specific rights. These generally include the right to confirm whether we process your personal information and to access it, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to delete information, the right to obtain a portable copy, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, the right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Where you have the right to appeal our decision on a request, the Appeals section explains how to do so.
California Notice at Collection
This section provides the notice of collection required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. At or before the point of collection, we collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers, such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and IP address; commercial information, such as the products you purchase and your order history; payment information; internet and network activity, such as your interactions with the Site; geolocation data at an approximate level derived from your IP address; and inferences drawn from the information above, such as product and style preferences.
We collect this information for the purposes described in this Policy, including processing and fulfilling orders, providing customer support, operating and improving the Site, security and fraud prevention, marketing and advertising, and legal and regulatory compliance. We retain it as described in the Data Retention section, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require the right to limit under California law, other than as permitted.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise your privacy rights, email support@munesa.com with the words "Privacy Request" in the subject line and describe what you would like us to do. Please include your full name, the email address you used to shop or contact us, and, if you have one, your order number. If you are making a request under a specific law such as the CCPA or the GDPR, tell us so we can apply the correct process.
We will verify your identity before we act on a request, for example by confirming that you control the email address on file or asking for a few details about a recent order; if we cannot verify your identity, we may decline the request and explain why. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 45 days for California requests and within one month for European requests. There is no charge for a reasonable number of requests, and exercising your rights will never result in discrimination.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. If you do, we may require written permission signed by you that authorizes the agent to act for you, or proof that the agent holds a valid power of attorney. We may also contact you directly to confirm that you authorized the request and to verify your identity. If you are a parent or guardian acting for a child, contact support@munesa.com.
Appeals
If we decline a privacy request, we will explain our decision and tell you how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision email or send a new message to support@munesa.com with the word "Appeal" in the subject line. A different member of our privacy team will review your appeal and the original decision, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint as described in the Complaints section.
Complaints
We would like the chance to resolve any concern you have about our handling of personal information, so please contact support@munesa.com first and our privacy team will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the data protection authority in your country; in California, the California Privacy Protection Agency or the Office of the Attorney General.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. Products and content on the Site are intended for adults. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support@munesa.com, and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and close any associated account.
Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services, such as payment portals and social media pages, and it may include embedded content such as videos or social feeds. These third parties operate independently, and their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. When you interact with embedded content, the third party may collect information about you, including your IP address and activity, as if you had visited its site directly.
Social Media
We are active on social media, and the Site may include social features such as share buttons or plugins. When you use these features, the social platform may collect information about your visit and link it to your social media profile, in accordance with its own privacy policy and the settings you have chosen there. If you contact us through social media, we may receive information such as your username, profile information, and the content of your message. Please do not post order numbers or addresses publicly; if you need help with an order, contact support@munesa.com directly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the effective date shown at the top of the page. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice, such as a notice on the Site or an email to you, before the change takes effect where the law requires.
